Our website is an online store, where you can choose the plan and order a SIM card.
1.Choose the plan and press the button “Add to cart”.
2.Choose new number or keep your existing number.
3.If you like to have the new number, then you can choose it by fill in the combination of your favorite digits or your birthday’s date. You need to press “Sort out” and then choose the number you like.
4.There are 3 number types-Regular(free of charge), Catchy(€15), VIP (€150).You can check the price in the receipt.
5.If you need a few SIM cards then press ”Order another SIM”
6.Choose delivery on address or to Nacex Access Point. If you have already got a Yolka Mobile SIM card, please enter SIM card number (ICCID) from the envelope.
7.Fill in the necessary information for delivery
8.Choose prepaid model with any type of bank card or postpaid model with any European IBAN.
9.If you’ve chosen postpaid model sign a contract and fill in information for direct debit (number of any European IBAN).
10.If you’ve chosen prepaid model you will be redirected on the payment page, where you can fill in the data of your banking card and pay for an order.
11.Check the checkbox to confirm your consent of the Terms of Service
12.In 1-2 days you’ll get your SIM card.
Of course, you can keep your existing phone number!To do this, you do not need to cancel the contract with the previous operator. Everything will happen automatically.
- To keep your existing number, after adding to a cart your plan, choose «Keep your number». You should enter your existing Spanish number.
- After placing the order, you’ll receive email with a link to Personal Account where you have to fill in your data (also for portability) and sign up a contract.
- To log in Personal Account enter your Yolka Mobile phone number and use PUK as a password (it is on the back of your SIM card, at the same place where the PIN code is.)
- After log in your Personal Account, you should fill in your pesonal data and sign up the contract.
- If you don’t pass the registration in 5 days after starting usage the SIM card, we have to block your SIM card for security reason.

You can find out what is included in your plan in your Personal Account.
The plan include the indicated number of mobile Internet, minutes and SMS to mobile and landline national (Spanish) phones.
If you have used up gigabytes from your package, purchase additional GB in the required amount.
After placing your order, we will e-mail you an information about the order.
The next letter you will receive when your order is delivered to the delivery service.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a message to the contact number from Nacex (delivery service).
On the indicated day, the SIM card will be delivered to you.
We will e-mail you instructions for connecting, in case you insert a SIM card and it doesn’t work automatically.
1.After receiving the SIM, we will send you an email. It will contain a link that you will need to follow to fill out the data necessary to transfer your number and sign a service agreement (without penalties).
2.Transferring the number takes 2-3 business days after receiving the SIM, subject to a positive decision.
3.The day before moving to Yolka Mobile, we will send you an SMS message.
4.When the old SIM card stops working (the phone just loses connection, it usually happens in the morning), insert the Yolka Mobile SIM card into the phone, wait until the Yolka or Mi Operador network is found (when automatically searching for the network) and start using it. If you have manual search installed, you will need to select the Yolka or Mi Operador network from the list of found networks.
When placing an order at the step «Delivery», choose the payment model — Prepaid or Postpaid.
If you’ve chosen a prepaid model, click on the button «Prepaid» and you will be redirected to the payment page. You could pay for your order with any credit card.
When you choose the prepaid model, you may turn on the automatic balance replenishment (checkbox).
If you’ve chosen postpaid, click on the button «Postpaid». Then fill in the correct data, upload a photo or scan of your ID and sign up the contract.
The chosen payment model will be further used for all payments for mobile services.
